The work draws on elements of biography and theatricality that sometimes fails to distinguish the line between the artist and viewer, life and action. Adam also performs with the music project Ectopia. ɡrāv jōnz aka Christophe Hamaide-Pierson divides his time between being one half of the French Brazilian artist duo assume vivid astro focus: a duo that often morphs into a collective, depending on the different projects they are involved in.

avaf works in a vast array of media, including painting, drawing, installations, video, sculpture, neons, wallpaper, decals, and often confronts gender, politics, and embedded cultural codes through pop imagery and neon colors. The duo brings a passionate collaborative spirit to every aspect of their work—from conceiving projects in tandem, to employing an extensive range of references and materials, to executing large-scale installations. avaf approaches every project with a combination of all-encompassing, unbridled vision and keen pragmatism. Christophe Hamaide-Pierson works also solo for other artistic projects as well as djaying in his spare time. Avaf and CHP have been the subject of major exhibitions and public art projects around the world. These include Contemporary Arts Center, Cincinnati (2015); The Faena Art Center, Buenos Aires, Argentina (2014); Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), North Miami (2013); The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design, Oslo, Norway (2009); São Paulo Bienal, São Paulo, Brazil (2008); Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York (2008); Museum of Contemporary Art (MOT), Tokyo, Japan (2007); 1st Athens Biennale, Athens, Greece (2007); The Geffen Contemporary (MoCA), Los Angeles (2005); The Whitney Biennial, New York (2004); among others. Amateurboyz, Spiros Pliatsikas and Thodoris Dimitropoulos, are a dj-crew and party collective. For a decade they’ve been one of the most influential contributors to the underground scene in Athens presenting art, music and live events in obscure venues throughout the city. Their organic take on music and DYI-culture has also brought them to several venues across Europe (London, Berlin, Belgrade, Florence, Istanbul, Moscow) and international acclaim. Alongside their own parties they have collaborated with artists and institutions as also they have organized and participate on live art performances Audioal, aka Alfredo Petrarca, born June 1975. An ever-changing sound, loyal to the underground mood but with touches of techno, deep and minimal electronic sonorities, it’s the proposal of a veteran from the Neapolitan Electronic scenario. A.P. examines the perception of single sounds and experiments unrelentingly new ways of bringing them to life… In 2007, his first steps in a recording studio and his first release on Rush Records, thus getting the attention of innovative labels as Minisketch, Tractor Rec, Prisma, Code2, Berlin beats,Mintec Musik (Detroit) Urban Distortions (London) ***** In 1916 Hugo Ball asked to the Hollandische Meierei, a restaurant in Zurich, if he could use the back room to organize some events. Today, at Spiegelgasse #1, the Cabaret Voltaire still resists and we would like to honor it presenting a new Neapolitan Meierei for a rewriting of the myth.
